What we collect

Page views, anonymously. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits: the page, the site that sent you, your country and city, your browser, operating system and type of device. It uses no cookies. A visit is recognised by a code made from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so we cannot tell who you are.

Load times, anonymously. Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast each page loads for real visitors: the page, your type of network, browser, device and country, and the timings. It uses no cookies and is not tied to you or your IP address.

What you send us. If you write to hello@pocketfun.studio, we get your email address, your name and whatever you write. It is kept in our mailbox at Google Workspace.

What hosting needs. Like any web host, Vercel processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We do not use them to identify you.

The crowd experiment on the home page runs only in your browser. The players you pick are not sent to us or stored.

We use no cookies, no advertising trackers and no social media plugins, and we do not sell or share data for advertising.

Why

Counting visits and running the site rest on our legitimate interest in keeping it working and knowing which pages are read (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your emails are used to reply to you and, if you ask about working together, to prepare that work (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Who else handles it

Vercel Inc. hosts the site and runs the analytics and Speed Insights; Google provides our email through Google Workspace. Both act on our instructions and may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long

Analytics are kept only as totals; the code that recognises a visit is gone after 24 hours. Emails are kept as long as the conversation, or the work it leads to, needs them. After that we delete them, or sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them, for example invoices and contracts.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to limit how we use it, to object to its use and to receive it in a portable form. Write to hello@pocketfun.studio; we reply within a month.

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
